A Beast Under the Tank
The CB1000 Hornet SP is powered by a 999cc inline four-cylinder engine that produces 155 bhp and 107 Nm of torque. It comes with a 6-speed gearbox and an assist/slipper clutch for smoother gear changes, especially during quick acceleration or downshifting. Honda has also included a standard bi-directional quickshifter for easy gear shifts on both highways and race tracks.
Ride and Control
For better handling, the CB1000 Hornet SP comes with high-quality suspension. It has Showa USD front forks and a premium Öhlins rear monoshock that offer smooth rides and sharp cornering. Braking is handled by strong Brembo radial calipers on twin front discs and a rear disc, giving riders reliable and powerful stopping control.
Fully Loaded with Tech
The CB1000 Hornet SP features a 5-inch TFT screen, Bluetooth connectivity for smartphones, and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) to help manage power. Riders can choose from five ride modes—Sport, Standard, Rain, and two customizable options—to match their riding style and road conditions.
Bold Design Language
The CB1000 Hornet SP stands out with its bold streetfighter design. It features a sharp LED projector headlamp, a sculpted fuel tank, and a clean, minimal tail section. The matte black finish adds a sleek and powerful look to its overall style.
Positioned to Compete
The CB1000 Hornet SP competes with bikes like the Suzuki Katana, Ducati Monster SP, and even the Triumph Street Triple RS. With its strong features and competitive price, Honda is targeting riders who want high-performance thrills along with everyday comfort and practicality.
